The Coconut Palms

The resort is facing the beach, the rates are all very cheap and affordable. The restaurant serves good food, and the service is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I will defiantly be back!

Lazy Staff

The resort was supposed to organize an airport pick up, after an hour of waiting i called the front desk. They apologized and there excuse was that they forgot. I complained and asked that they refund my money, and then they sent somebody to get me. The rooms were dirty and stuffy, the staff were lazy and unfriendly. Then the next morning they forgot to book me a cab, and I had an early flight that exact day. Terrible service, never again will I waste my time like this!
