Reviews of Blue Star Dive Resort in Bohol Philippines

The resorts location is perfect, we loved being able to escape to the sound of nature instead of cars. They do organize tours around the area but it is pricey. The food is amazing, the staff especially caught a fish for me and prepared it to my liking. everything was delicious. There scuba diving is fantastic, the instructor really knows what he's doing. The service was great that's why I’ll give them 4 Stars.

The service is exceptional. The food is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The area is peaceful and majestic. Why wouldn't you want to wake up to the sound of nature? Stay here!

I stayed here for a weekend. I loved the beautiful grounds, the friendly staff and the clean rooms, and bathrooms. Everything was at an affordable price, I can't complain!

The diving experience by far the best in my life, the instructor was very friendly and helpful. There were many amazing things to see underwater, and I always felt completely safe with him in charge. On the second day we were instructed by a different dive instructor, he was unfriendly and impatient. He realized we didn't understand but that didn't stop him from continuing.

After we surfaced he couldn’t remember how many divers he had, that made me angry because what if something happened to one of us. Would he just forget about us? The resort should try and keep one dive instructor and get rid of the other one, he is terrible. Other than that the accommodation was really good.
