My family and I booked a lovely family room, it was spacious and comfortable. Everything was affordable. The hotel is located fifteen minutes away from the SM Mall, there is also a number of jeepney services to take you anywhere you need to go in a rush. I will defiantly come back here, the staff are excellent and the service is great!

I stayed here before a couple of years back and had an amazing experience. This time was a completely different experience. The bathroom is public, so everything is dirty and untidy. The rooms are dirty and not well maintained. The window overlooking the street, looks on to traffic, and the noise at night is almost unbearable.

I was pushed over the edge when one of the guest decided to blast music at early hours of the morning, I complained to the front desk and it took almost an hour before the guest were asked to turn there music down. The prices were defiantly nit worth it and I am highly disappointed with the way they are running the hotel these days. Not at all what I expected when I came here again, but like they say all good things come to an end. This hotel just turned into a complete joke!
