Greedy Staff

We booked the one bedroom apartelle online, through the hotel online. After paying and receiving an conformation we went to the hotel. when we arrived the lady at the front desk told us our room is taken. She offered us another room, we went to look at the room before we booked and it was a total disappointment. The bed was right nest to the kitchen sink, and it was half the size of the other room. I asked for a refund and showed her my proof of payment, she continued to offer me the same room and I refused to take it. We eventually left with our money, and vowed that we would never come back!
