Reviews of Hotel Supreme Convention Plaza in Baguio Philippines

I wanted to experience the Philippines at its finest. I stayed in every city and when I found Baguio I needed to find the best hotel in town, that's when I discovered the Hotel Supreme Convention Plaza. The rooms were clean and spacious but there were many faults as well such as, the shower's hot water wasn't working, the food was very average and the staff were slow. There were no complimentary water's included in the room. The one thing that I didn't like the most was the diamond ball room on the 3rd floor , every night there was a wedding, event, or party taking place so sleeping was cut short. I wouldn't stay here again if given the chance. There are so many other brilliant hotels out there, and unfortunately this isn't one of them!

The hotels exterior is a total mislead, once inside you realize how run down it actually is. The rooms are small and clean, but the walls are washed out in colour and cracked in some places. There were cockroaches in our room, which made me very uncomfortable at night time. I didn't want to wake up with a roach on my face.

The third floor is reserved for parties, weddings and events so every night was a disaster, I couldn't get any sleep in with all the commotion. The staff were very friendly, but there is such a thing as to friendly. They look to rehearsed and uptight it wasn't very relaxing.

Baguio city has never been a favourite of mine, and this just made it worse. I honestly don’t think I’ll stay here again, next time I’ll know to book elsewhere!
