Reviews of Oxford Hotel in Angeles City Philippines

I stayed here over the December period and I was disappointed .The hotel looked lovely on the outside but the inside is a disgrace, its dirty. The staff at this hotel are unfriendly and don't seem to want to assist you at all. The room we stayed in never had its bed made up ,not even when we called and requested it. The lobby feels unsafe. The hotels decor is falling apart, there are nails lying everywhere and the walls are filthy. The hotel elevator contaminated by the stench of vomit and they didn't even clean it up. The drains are blocked. The staff are rude and unhelpful. The key cards you are given are also falling apart and nobody at the hotel want's to help you. I paid 75 for the night , but I wish I saved that money instead of wasting

The rooms here are not expensive, but the hotel is a total let down. The rooms are not well maintained. You can hurt yourself walking down the halls becuase there are nails stiking out the walls everywhere.
