Reviews of Orchid Inn Resort in Angeles City Philippines

The service was an disappointment. The rooms were tiny and the aircon was broken. The food was terrible we never even got a chance to try anything, because it takes over an hour to order anything. When the food arrived we took one look and disposed of it. The pool is okay if you are staying for more than one night , they charge 500 ahead so if I was you save you're money for a better hotel. You can find better restaurants a well. The rooms here are not worth the price paid.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and it is always a pleasure to return. The service is fast and prompt. There are tours offered at the tour desk to take you anywhere you desire and they have taxis included.There are two resaurants at the hotel with amazing food. There menu is always changing ,which keeps it fun and interesting . You will want to keep coming back.

The rooms iclude complimentary water everyday and any drink you could want, which I found to be very good service and value for money, which in my eyes is the extra mile. Do not drink tap water in Philippines it's not good for you.Through the rainy season you will be in doors so the resaurant is a nice place to go and relax. There are laundry services close by, but the hotel has one as well. There is a pool table and pool to keep you busy if you need something extra to entertain you.

This hotel to me is a bit to expensive, but other then that the accommodation is not to bad. The rooms do need a bit of a decor change. The food and pool are a are quite nice. The staff are kind and inviting. The one thing I can say about this hotel is it's average , and I don't think id come back. Apart from the location it hasn't given me reason to come back. My hope is that the owner reads this review and does some changes to the price or the rooms. I won’t come back until the place improves.

I won't give this hotel 5 Stars because then I won't be able to get any space. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Angeles, this is the place for me. Exceptional service and amazing and friendly staff. The food is amazing and the accommodation is worth you're while. Apart from the aircon that made noise I can't complain. This hotel had become my second home . Can't wait to come back.

All four stays in Angeles have been with this amazing hotel. It might only be 3 Star accommodation but the staff here deserve a 4 Star. The manager and staff deserve a 5 Star for there customer service skills. The only thing I don't like is the food. The food you can eat by the pool are edible but I felt a bit concerned that it might have been in the sun for long hours .If you eat outside of the hotel there are many restaurants to chose from that are of good quality.

The hotel could try and draw people in with more exiting ideas in decor. There is construction going on next door but I feel that is just a distraction for the current situation. I booked for ten nights and then later decided to stay for fourteen , they were fully booked but they made a plan to accommodate me. The stay here was delightful and the staff made me feel very welcome and almost like family. I won't choose another Hotel in Angeles .
