Palm Trees In The Sun

My friends and myself travelled to Angeles to wakeboard in the Deca Park area. We heard amazing reviews about the Oasis hotel so we decided to stay a few nights. The food it great and the hotel is clean and it lived up to its reviews. This hotel to me is unique as it isn't you're standard high range hotel. If you want comfort, friendliness and welcoming place to stay then this would be it. From the staff who are always smiling to the accommodating service, this is a great hotel. The room we stayed in smelled of oasis and it was great with it's unique 60's inspired decor.

The hotel is very accessible, it is unexposed as it is situated in a small village in Clark, which gives you a feel of privacy and it's close enough to local malls. Parks and nice city restaurants. If you're t American you can find any of you're favourite Filipino breakfasts in the hotel. You have the option of eating inside the restaurant or outside by the pool, where you can enjoy the peace and quite. Going back is a definite. I would tell anyone to give this place a try.

Worth Every Penny

We stayed at the Oasis Hotel while visiting our friends. From the beginning to the end we were treated with kindness and constant attention by the amazing staff. We stayed in Junior Suite and it was massive. This hotel is what a 5 Star stands for. I must come back here again.

This Is What I Want

I had a three nights stay at the Oasis Hotel in a twin room, there were no complaints to give. The room was perfect in size and it was spotless. The staff were always ready to assist me. The front desk and cleaning ladies were very kind. Whatever you needed arranged it wasn't to much to ask from the front desk, and it was all at a cheap price. The room had WI-FI, cable TV and so on. I will be back.

Lived Up To The Type

I don't usually award hotels with 5 Stars but this was a much deserved rating. We ventured through the Northern part of Philippines . I stayed at a few other hotels apart from this one but i must say this was the most enjoyable of them all.The staff catered to every need, they were very polite and greeted us every time we walked down the hall.

The Maranao Grill in Oasis Hotel serves the most delicious food iv ever tasted. Amazing service. The hotel is very relaxing, but there was a slight problem with parking. The person in charge did assist us eventually.
The pool has a limit of hours it is available , which I understand completely. All in all this hotel is worth every cent and I will be coming back very soon.

A Disappointment

IIn one word id say this place is a disgrace. The shower is faulty, you can chose between hot or cold. We changed rooms and it made no difference. The aircon makes so much noise. The housekeeping is quite good they do there job properly, apart from the fact that they don't get rid of the used shampoo bottles that is in the bathroom. They don't replace the toilet paper either. The shampoo bottles were left in my bathroom for over four days, I had to dispose of them.

The laundry bags were never refilled. If laundry is ent in to be done you have to get it once it is done. Please check that they don't mix you're laundry up with another person. They said that complimentary water was provided but you only get two small bottles during the entire stay. I had to ask for the water.

The restaurants grill was a disappointment. The service was fast but the stake was distasteful. The black cod it okay though. The pool is to deep for children. The Plaines from the airport fly directly over the hotel. I felt a bit scared for the uncertainty that the plane could have a fault and crash land in the hotel. The hotel has a seven day policy where you're bill must be paid. WI-FI is very slow. To ensure good connection they need you're password and ID for each device, which means each device you bring with. The passport only lasts five days. Never again.
