We did a online booking and requested that they
include a Airport pick up. The flight was delayed for over four
hours, so I sent a complaint regarding the delay and they later
picked me up at three in the morning.We did some island hopping
and stayed at the hotel before and after our return flight. They
charged us around 4oo pesos in total for pick up and drop off which
since it was a one night stay was not considered free.I enquired
about the price for a pick up and drop off via email and they didn't
mention once about a one day policy.
We requested a Airport pick up and they didn't pick us up so we
had to find a taxi to take us to the hotel. The guests that return
to hotel are not treated properly as they should be, the front desk
attitude is disgraceful. Not all of the staff are rude ,just the
one.
The service provided in the breakfast departmen is a absolute travesty.
The staff seem to have knowledge of the menu only the simple things
on the menu.The coffe is free the second time around. The rooms
are alright but there is no real difference between executive and
deluxe rooms. I noticed this and I asked the staff about it and
there explanation was the left side rooms are deluxe and right ones
are executive. Amazing how that can be accurate.
