Reviews of Clark Imperial Hotel in Angeles City Philippines

Having moved out from the nearby Eurotel i decided to spend the night and thankfully i chose this hotel. With low rates for the low season and it's well location and value is worth the money spent.The standard rooms are of a high standard and the reception staff are welcoming but what shocked me was the fact that the hotel didn't except debit cards, so i had to draw money to pay. The connection to the internet worked quite well.
Breakfast was included.
I would stay again because of the price , the hotel is in a good area and very relaxing.

I found the staff here to be very friendly and assistant. They are always willing to lend a hand and they answer any question with a smile. I must say for the price that I was paying I was happy with this hotel.The free breakfasts offered were limited but they were fantastic in quality, I most liked the third choice which was a choice of bacon and sunny side up eggs.The bacon was very delicious .

The bathroom shower was nice and hot water was available. However the sink faucet didn't provide any hot water.The rooms air-conditioner and WI-FI are working nicely.

The one negative comment i do have is the fact that the bed is to soft for my liking and the sets of pillows provided are either too firm or to soft and the rooms lighting is not good.I will say that if the hotel improves these small faults they could be a huge success.

This was the forth stay time i had stayed at this hotel and it seems to improve with each visit. The staff are quite kind and willing to help. They offer the best shower facility with hot water which is not something you often find in other hotels around Philippines even in 4 star hotels.The Breakfast was all inclusive and was nice and freshly made.
The Airport pick up and drop off was excellent but there were two downsides they don't accept credit cards , which wasn't an issue since i could book through Agoda but one other visitor had a problem. The other problem is you have ask them to clean the room and fetch fresh towels but to be fair they work fast and efficiently.

We did a online booking and requested that they include a Airport pick up. The flight was delayed for over four hours, so I sent a complaint regarding the delay and they later picked me up at three in the morning.We did some island hopping and stayed at the hotel before and after our return flight. They charged us around 4oo pesos in total for pick up and drop off which since it was a one night stay was not considered free.I enquired about the price for a pick up and drop off via email and they didn't mention once about a one day policy.

We requested a Airport pick up and they didn't pick us up so we had to find a taxi to take us to the hotel. The guests that return to hotel are not treated properly as they should be, the front desk attitude is disgraceful. Not all of the staff are rude ,just the one.

The service provided in the breakfast departmen is a absolute travesty. The staff seem to have knowledge of the menu only the simple things on the menu.The coffe is free the second time around. The rooms are alright but there is no real difference between executive and deluxe rooms. I noticed this and I asked the staff about it and there explanation was the left side rooms are deluxe and right ones are executive. Amazing how that can be accurate.

We almost spent the night at the Airport but then decided it would be best to find a place to stay for the night or risk being thrown out. We quickly searched for accommodation on Agoda and we found his place and it was at a affordable price.The staff were very exited and willing to help and they answered any questioned we had to the best of there ability.

After a long days travel we were in need of a hot shower and there showers were just fantastic.The hotel was close to restaurants but I wouldn’t recommend eating at the hotel the food isn't bad but you can find something better close by. The beds are very comfortable and the room has a nice sized TV if you enjoy watching that is. I would stay here again but the prices would have to remain the same.
