Reviews of Bluefields Hotel in Angeles City Philippines

First off there was no hot water,broken faucets,and ,cockroaches,mosquitoes by the dozen. The bed is terribly uncomfortable.The sheets were so old you could even see through the fabric. Bathroom was horrid. The paint was even falling of the walls. The towels were stained and contained holes.There were two used bars of soap in the bathroom which is absolutely disgusting. Anyone who enjoyed this place must live in filth.

Stayed at the hotel a couple of years back and it was a nice place. The first room we encountered had cockroaches but we were moved to another room soon after and all was well.The hotel could use a remodel instead of a simple coat of paint but in the end it was worth it for the price of 900 pesos.The pool was lovely as was the restaurant. As one should know in the Philippines cockroaches will happen at one or other stage so don't expect five star accommodation at the price of twenty dollars a night .I thought it was worth the price.

Are you looking for a clean and peaceful place to stay in Angeles City? If that's the case Bluefields Hotel is the place for you. There is no niose at the bar but they do have a lovely restaurant and a clear pool for a very good price. I rented a scooter right at the hotel and the price was quite reasonable.The hotel is to far from main action areas if you're on foot so the scooter was perfect.

A great place to stay if you want to stay somewhere cheap and clean. The food is available for short hours. A room is around 1000p / night. Nice swimming pool ,WI-FI and a great shuttle to town around afternoons and the evenings .

I chose this hotel over the Tune Hotel because of the cheaper rate. Bluefields Hotel just so happened to offer a 1000 per night rate and we were only in need of a overnight accommodation because we had a early flight the next morning. I didn't listen to any of the negative reviews the hotel received. We arrived around 9 pm and the place was practically deserted ,The outside was dark and it felt very unsafe.There was no security guard on duty and nobody at the entrance. We waited outside for somebody to assist us and thank goodness somebody arrived and booked us in. At reception it was dark as well which led me to believe they were saving energy. After handing my Agoda voucher we were helped right away.

The door , windows and tables were infested with termites.The room itself had a very old and musky smell and i really didn't like the smell at all. I am sure that the room is not clean.The air conditioner seemed very old and didn't work all to well. There was a refrigerator which we didn't use because we felt it would be dirty. The bed sheets and blankets seemed used and unsanitary.The bathroom was awful.The only thing i did like was the shower.

I honestly am upset with myself for not choosing Tune Hotel instead. I feel that I wasted money and I felt utterly unsatisfied.The hotel to us felt very unsafe so we didn't leave the room. I don't recommend this place even if you are on a budget try and find somewhere that is cleaner and allot safer.
