Sage Suite The original master bedroom suite of the town house. It is a large bedroom with beautiful parquet floors, a carved fireplace mantel, high ceilings and plaster moldings restored to their original splendor. The two large windows of its semi-circular alcove look into private gardens and the landmark facades of the brick and brown stone buildings of the historic neighborhood.

The suite is furnished with a queen size pillow top bed, large television set, writing desk, fireside chairs, a Carlyle love seat that can sleep an extra person, pier mirror, and dresser. There is ample closet space, WiFi, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and digital alarm clock. The en suite marble bathroom has its original great bathtub and sink and a mahogany ceiling. A large window gives natural light throughout the day. The suite can accommodate two, maximum three, guests comfortably.

Jade Suite This large suite has a queen size pillow top bed, fire side chars, a Carlyle love seat that can sleep an extra person, small side tables, a writing desk and large flat screen television. There is WiFi, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and digital alarm clock. The room’s parquet floors are covered by oriental rugs and a large stone fireplace faces the bed.

Terracotta Suite This is a suite of two rooms, a dressing room and a bathroom. With windows facing Mount Morris Park, the Terracotta is filled with sunlight most of the day. The main room is furnished with a queen size pillow top bed, writing desk, side tables and chairs, a large sofa and dresser and a large flat screen television.

There is hair dryer, WiFi, digital alarm clock, iron and ironing board. The suite has wall to wall carpeting and a stone fireplace mantle and mirror. A separate, en-suite dressing room has ample closet space and a floor to ceiling mirror. The connecting room is furnished by two single pillow top beds, side chairs and table. The ensuite marble bathroom has a shower and a large original sink. The suite can accommodate four guests comfortably.

Studio Apartment Our large studio apartment is on the top floor of the house. It has a sitting room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a queen size, pillow top bed and a very comfortable sofa bed that could sleep two persons. The kitchen if fully equipped, the marble bathroom has a cast-iron bathtub and shower and the dinning area can sit four persons comfortably.

The apartment is furnished with a sofa, chairs, and flat screen television. There is ample closet space and the WiFi is complimentary. It is bright and sunny and its windows overlook the gardens of the neighboring houses. The apartment can accommodate two to four guests comfortably.
