The first lodge in the Namib-Naukluft Park, is the Sossus Dune Lodge.

Built in an environmentally sensitive manner, primarily from wood, canvas and thatch, in an attractive ‘afro-village’ style, Sossus Dune Lodge will offer guests an evocative and life changing experience.

Situated within the park, guests will benefit from being able to reach Sossusvlei before sunrise, and to stay until after sunset, and on their return after an exhilarating day, to relax in the tranquility and splendor of the Namib Desert, under the spectacular African sky.
Sossus Dune Lodge will offer professional guided tours, to fully unleash the beauty and biological diversity of the desert environment to visitors, and is poised to offer the best beds in the desert.

Situated in the Namib Naukluft Park near Sesriem and Sossusvlei.

• Rack rates include 15% VAT and Tourism levies.
• Rack rates are subject to change without prior notice and are subject to NWR’s terms and
conditions.
• Children under the age of 6 stay free of charge.
• Children 6-12 years old pay 50%.
• Provision for children will be made upon arrival; however the booking must be made in advance.
• No more than two children may share a room with their parents.
• Disabled access units are available at a number of our facilities – please enquire and specify when booking
• These rates are approved by Resolution number 2008.03.31/02 of the Board of Directors of Namibia Wildlife Resorts.
