While on business I had a wonderful stay with the room providing all the requirements I needed. Free WiFI, clean rooms and hot water in the shower.

Incredibly friendly staff where accommodating to our requirements - we had the lounge to ourselves in the evening to relax and watch television. Delicious home cooked meals where served. Definitely some of the best “hotel meals” in Windhoek. Breakfast was also great, providing a home away from home atmosphere.

I would recommend this hotel for travellers to Windhoek on business.

Not fantastic, but not bad. This hotel is set in a quiet location, directly opposite the Heinitzburg, within walking distance to downtown Windhoek. Large standard rooms, furnished clean and neat, but a tad pricey for what is offered. Breakfast was not bad in the slightest. There definitely are better alternatives in Windhoek, but when they are all fully booked, the Casa Africana is without doubt an alternative.

The other hotel I wanted to stay at was full, so we moved from there to Casa Africana for our final night and was very impressed. Clean but small room even with a small kitchen. Situated in an absolutely quite location, though not very central but 15 minutes away from the centre. The hotel has the addition of a small swimming pool. The manager was very friendly and helpful with every request fulfilled promptly. While the breakfast was not exciting it was ok. I can say the value for money was acceptable, as we had the weekday rates. Will be staying again there anytime!
