Reviews of Secret Garden Guesthouse in Swakopmund Namibia

We checked into this hotel after a long drive from Sesriem, check in was fast and smooth. The staff was friendly and professional, they helped us find parking space before showing us to our room.

The place is well maintained, manicured and creatively decorated, the friendly environment contributed to us making friends with fellow guests, we shared experiences, tips and advices on Namibia. The guest house is reasonable priced, central and secure. There is complimentary Wi-Fi and computer for use by guests, I highly recommend this place.

The rooms are well appointed, airy, clean and nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable and the bedding was crisp clean. The peaceful and tranquil garden is tucked away from the noises of the city and well maintained.

Breakfast was excellent and the portions were big and fresh fruits were included and the aroma of the coffee was wow and the taste was priceless. The staff was friendly and helpful, the owners were shy but pleasant. The guest house is located within close proximity of the beach and city centre.

The management was not that friendly but they were helpful and gave us a lot of tips on the surrounding area and Namibia at large. They got used to the idea of having us around and they started warming and opening up to us.

We spent more than a week at this guest house; the place is clean, well maintained and run. The gardens are manicured and breath-taking and there is complimentary Wi-Fi and the food was scrumptious and fresh. The guest house is located near the city centre and close to a lot of activities and attractions
