Reviews of Kulala Desert Lodge in Sossusvlei Namibia

The management was very unprofessional but the staff was very friendly and helpful. When we asked for a key to our bedrooms we were told that there was no need for keys and the safe has no user manual. The food was below standard considering how expensive the lodge is, we had to queue for the computer which had internet.

We spent two nights here and everything was above board, the rooms were stunning and the meals were excellent. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly, the manager had genuine interest in our stay. Our room was a few metres away from the reception but still a long way to grab a cup of coffee. The restaurant staff will do with a bit of training.
