Reviews of Khorixas Lodge NWR in Khorixas Namibia

We stayed here as part of our small group tour, by far the worst experience in Namibia.

The only good thing was that the organiser paid less at this place than any other place we stayed in.

From the moment you enter these premises it feels like you are in jail with the barbed wire and the despondent atmosphere.
From comparing notes with other members I discovered that every room was different from the other in a big way, our room had no fridge and the shower was barely hot.

The services and facilities left a bitter taste in your mouth, the beds were however comfortable.

Being a government rest camp Khorixas is just below the lowest standards, our bungalow was dirty and there was trash in every corner.

The place is not maintained and hasn’t been revamped; the staff is clearly not interested in the happenings of the place.

We got free beer which had expired more than a year ago.
