Reviews of Nunda River Lodge in Caprivi Strip Namibia

We were meant to spend two nights at Nunda River Lodge but we were impressed, that we ended up adding one more night. The lodge is very luxurious and there are different types of accommodation to suite every budget (bungalows, tents and campsites).

The campsites are set on the edge of the Kavango River on one side and on a little bush on the other side; the ablution block was clean and had a special tap for drinking water. The water was clean, chlorinated and purified; hot water was available in the mornings and evenings. Each campsite was well equipped with electrical points, tap and lights.

We spent a week camping at the beautiful Nunda River at Nunda Safari Lodge and night we were sent to sleep by the sound of hippos huffing and snorting. The sites are beautifully shaded, the hosts were friendly and helpful, and the common area was clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. There is complimentary Wi-Fi and we spent a lot of time swimming in the stunning pool.
We went on a boat trip to the Poppa Falls and the falls were breath-taking, thank you so much for making our stay a memorable one.
