Reviews of Divava Okavango Lodge in Caprivi Strip Namibia

Breakfast and dinner were served on the balcony overlooking the beautiful river; the food was excellent and fresh. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and my bed was huge and the bedding was crisp clean.

The enormous bathroom also overlooked the river and I would take a bath and stare at the amazing river with hippos huffing. The pool was stunning and we went for a message at the spa and wow… The service was fast and reliable.

The change of management at Divava is showing and we had a great time. We spent two unforgettable nights, they were few guests at the time but the service and food was not compromised at all. We went for a sundowner at the little island close to Popa Falls and it was romantic and chic.

The next morning we went fishing and I caught a trout fish and a tiger fish, our guide was good he showed us all the ropes of good fishing. We saw a lot of game at Mahango National Park which is very close to the lodge. The food was superb and the rooms were well appointed, clean and creatively decorated.
