Our Chefs, Paulo Sousa and Alberto Enganado, are the protagonists of an interesting mix cuisine, which blends Portuguese roots and the exotics of Mozambique in an interaction with brilliant results in terms of consistent and exotic flavors, where local seafood is the main role.

Chef Paulo Sousa has an extensive and impressive resume. He worked in restaurants in the United States, Italy, Angola and the Azores, improving his knowledge of cooking.

He has had the pleasure of cooking for personalities such as the king Juan Carlos of Spain, the Peace Nobel Prize D. Ximenes Belo, or the rock band Scorpions.
