Reviews of Fatimas Tofo Beach in Tofo Mozambique

We were quoted by this lodge and on check in when we wanted to pay there had doubled the prices and when we tried protesting about the sudden hike of prices, they simple told us that’s the way it is and there was nothing we could do. We wanted to leave and look elsewhere but it was already late so we just accepted to pay the amount on check out.

Every time we left the premises to go to the beach or wherever we were harassed by the security who thought we wanted to leave without paying really!! The rooms were okay but the kitchen was empty. There was construction onsite and they started working as early as 5am making it hard for us to sleep.

Fatima’s is the place!!! We had a great time with my friends we spent a few nights here in May. It was quiet and peaceful; the staff was friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a dorm and our dorm was clean and tidy with mosquito nets and hot showers next to our dorm. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessities. The place is walking distance to a lot of amenities like the shops, restaurant, bars and the beach.
