Reviews of Lugenda Private Camp in Niassa Mozambique

What a different, but great scenic view to have, there are hills of the beach in between the bush. The camp is not big, just have 8 tents, so they are never over crowded. The tents are all under the glorious fig trees, and for that reason you always get to see monkeys and also elephants. It is a bit scary if you think about it but it is the most amazing feeling ever. You would think that the elephants would bother you but it was just a pleasure having them. Game drives, at night and during the day was rewarding with all types of animals. Tea time was my favourite with the chocolate and coffee cakes. We liked the sundowners, it was romantic.

What a great wild life encountering we had. You never know what to expect(all good). You will not ALWAYS see all the animals that you want, this is not a zoo. But the scenery is amazing, you get the bush, the mountains, the forest all in one. What a treat. from the starting date till the last day, we easily saw more than 30 species of mammals only, how superb!!! The staff is very competent and friendly and service is first class.
