This place is very distant, hence the name... I really do not want to say anything bad about this Guest House because the owner is a wonderful person but you have to be cruel to be kind. When being at the cost this is not at all what you would expect!! Being a guest house in the suburbs of Maputo is not one of the best ways to attract guests. You can not walk to the attractions, so need to catch a cab or use your own transport.

When I was in Maputo I had booked 2 nights here at the quiet corner guest house and found it to be superb!! I couldn't do much outside as it was raining real hard, so my favorite spot was my room. There was excellent internet access!! No matter your problem or request the host had no problem what so ever to help, I had to be at the bus stop at 5:30 am and he had no problem to drop me off. A big thanks to the host!!!
