Reviews of Polana Serena Hotel in Maputo Mozambique

I was new in Maputo and was looking for accommodation, for the first 2 weeks I stayed here. The hotel is relaxing, and comfy, there is 2 pools, an advantage for me as I love being in the water! They have great entertainments, Wednesday nights is outside movie nights by the pool, with a view of the hotel, and Thursday is a jazz band playing at the outdoor bar. Breakfast is served, and there is a beautiful view of the ocean. I will come visit this hotel often even if I’m living in Maputo.

For the price we paid and the quality we got, it is just ridiculous!!! The service is nothing special, thought it would have been much better, but this place is just very expensive. Not just the service is bad quality, but also the rooms and the area. You can't just base your hotel on the views that you have!!! All the rest of the things also count.

We came here for a week and a half and loved every moment... You had all you needed, good food great service, a gym and it was very fun to stay here. The hotel is close to a lot of attractions in the town. Walking in the town at night is not recommended. Pristine rooms and large bathrooms!! what a dream holiday!!! I recommend this hotel, as it is the best in Maputo !!!
