Best Service |
| Thank you so much Madbookings for your prompt and
the best service received last week about booking of a 3 night stay
at the Cardoso Hotel, Maputo. I tell you the hotel was clean and
the food delicious. Once again many thanks to CANDY’s best
efforts in terms of bookings etc. she was cruising!!!

first world facilities in midst
of third world problem |
First world conveniences such as running water, shower,
flush toilets, air conditioning, wifi, good food etc. However, the
surroundings looks like it has been hit by a nuclear bomb. Typical
poverty stricken African country

bad service... |
| It is no use if a hotel has an excellent view but
the service is bad. You should watch out, most of the time, the
lifts are out of order, and they house keeping does a terrible job.
You can't use the gym due to it being very small, and some treadmills
don't even work. Management should start picking up their socks
and make sure the staff do what they are supposed to do. And the
hotel can do with some maintenance too. |

Maputo Paradise!! |
| We had a very long trip from JHB to Maputo, and
when we arrived at the hotel it felt like paradise!! The hotel was
clean and it was fully air conditioned. The service was a bit slow
but excellent. There was nothing else that could make me happy,
our children were enjoying the two pools and we were enjoying a
drink while loving the view. The rooms were large, and everything
was comfy about it!! I don't usually go with the flow but this place
is just perfect in my eyes. There was no dirt, no mess it was really
pleasant staying there. Breakfast was delicious!! all the fruit
from the buffet and the food was nice and fresh!!! We had a few
requests concerning refrigerator and our personal food, and some
with our car, and the reception staff was more then helpful! |

Awesome!! |
| This hotel is situated in a great location!!! I
come here a lot for business and it does a lot of justice. It is
first class. The rooms are stylishly decorated and are spacious
with nice views. You can expect the best when you do come here.
The meals I had was phenomenal!! The rooms could do with a bt of
a face lift in the smell, but the view makes up for all of it. |
