Residence Lapasoa is a villa with a traditional Malagasy style design, which comprises of 10 rooms. The rooms include one suite room, one family room, four twin bedded rooms and four double rooms. All rooms are equipped with ventilation, double bed with mosquito nets, television, a safe, telephone, desk, and have an ensuite bathroom. The decor of the rooms is the captivating traditional Malagasy decor, and the same applies also to the restaurant which has a separate entrance from the hotel.

The Kudeta restaurant serves a wide variety of Malagasy and French dishes which are bound to tantalize the tastebuds.The hotel is within the vicinity of a supermarket, along with a line of gift shops which guests can shop in. Also, it is a 10 minute drive from the main city.

At the hotel, guests can enjoy free access to ADSL internet in the small hotel lounge as well as in all the rooms and the restaurant which have WiFi access.
