Housekeeping Services Provided

Light daily hotel-style housekeeping service is provided complimentary. The service includes re-making the beds, disposing of rubbish, replacing supplies, changing towels and a quick general tidy-up.

Every 3-4 days a more thorough mid-week service is done that includes a bed linen change and additional cleaning. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens.

Entertainment

The Great Room and each of the three bedrooms at Sun Splash C301 are individually equipped with HD digital cable service, CD/DVD players, and large flat panel televisions with Neflix and iPod alarm clock radios. The Great Room has an HD DVR to record your favourite programs while at the beach.

The Great Room is equipped with wi-fi and wired internet access, an extraordinary new state-of-art extra-large 1080p HD Television with an HD digital DVR cable box, Netflix Unlimited Account (download your favourite movies, television programs, or music at no charge), easy-to-use remote control, iPod dock, HD CD/DVD player.

Beach & Ocean Access

Stroll past the water features and beautifully planted gardens to gorgeous golden sand crescent shaped Wailea Beach. Also at the beach access is the Wailea Beach Villas Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa.

At the beach you can snorkel, swim, scuba dive, kayak, paddleboard, and sometimes surf or boogie board when the waves are up! The Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa is staffed with Pool Attendants who will help place a reclining chaise lounge on the beach for you. Towel and water service, and beach equipment services are included complimentary.
