The local community tends to socialize in their own 'family' in private homes, informal groups or an excursion to the beach, most likely being Little Beach in Makena. Little Beach, a 10 minute drive from the Sunseeker, is Maui’s clothing optional beach with a gay/lesbian section.

Rooms open to lanais. The 24 air-conditioned guestrooms at Maui Sunseeker Resort include coffee/tea makers and hair dryers. Beds have pillow top mattresses and premium bedding. Guests can use the in-room complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access. 32-inch flat-screen TVs are equipped with satellite channels and DVD players.

All accommodations provide desks and phones; free local calls are offered (restrictions may apply). Bathrooms offer showers and complimentary toiletrie. All units feature microwaves and refrigerators. Additional amenities include irons/ironing boards and ceiling fans. In addition, housekeeping is offered daily.

Ocean View Penthouse
Ocean-view Penthouse Suite #421 is an 850 square foot one bedroom loft apartment with panoramic West Maui and Ocean-view. (Standard room 422 can be added to make this a two-bedroom penthouse.) Guest room amenities include: Free wi-fi & parking, complete gourmet kitchen that includes cookware, tableware, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator & stove, large HD flat panel TV with Dish Network, A/C, ceiling fans, hair dryer, iron & ironing board and fantastic bathroom with shower/indoor Jacuzzi tub.
