Room 2 - Super King/Twin Standard En-Suite: Our standard room is compact and ideal for a short stay. It is located on the ground floor and can be configured as a super king sized bed or else as a twin.
Overlooking the rear of the property, this room has a large window which means that this is a bright room. A small step into the shower also means that this is ideal for those with restricted mobility.

Deluxe Rooms
Room Type and Amenities: Our Deluxe Rooms are spacious and feel very luxurious. Room 1 - King Deluxe En-suite: This deluxe king ground floor room has dual aspect windows and so is a very light and bright room.
It has a modern travertine tiled en-suite with an extra-large shower cubicle. The room has a lovely pocket sprung king size bed with feature gilt headboard and desk.

Room 8 - King Deluxe En-suite: This first floor deluxe king bedded room is wonderfully romantic and has a beautiful feature bed with gilt coronet.
It has a large bay window which offers lovely views across the Torwood area of Torquay. The room has a good sized en-suite with a large shower cubicle and marble flooring.

Room 9 - Super King/Twin Deluxe En-Suite: This first floor deluxe room overlooks a courtyard at the rear of the property and so is ideal for guests who like especially quiet rooms.
It has a super king sized bed which can be split into two single beds. The room is light and bright and has a real feel of luxury. Bathrobes, mineral water, flat screen TV and branded toiletries all contribute to this.
It has a good sized en-suite with a very large shower cubicle and a large window.

Room 10 - Deluxe King En-suite: This is a spacious king bedded room with a gilt feature headboard. Furnished to the highest standard this room exudes luxury as does the good sized en-suite with its large shower. The room is at the rear of the building although it has no views it is very quiet.

Room 4 - The Somerville Suite: This first floor suite overlooks the rear of the property and offers guests something truly special. The suite consists of a spacious bedroom as well as an open plan sitting room. It is furnished to the highest standards with a king sized bed with pocket sprung mattress, French painted furniture, TV with DVD, music centre and original artwork. The en-suite is fully tiled with travertine marble and boasts a designer bath with plasma TV over it, a separate shower cubicle and mood lighting adds to its luxury

Room 12 - The Garden Suite: This suite occupies its own corridor at the very rear of the property and so is ideal for guests who want the ultimate peaceful break. With a good sized bedroom and a wonderful en-suite with a designer bath as well as a separate corner shower cubicle, this is ideal for those looking for something special. The comfortably furnished sitting room has French doors that open onto the rear garden and a suntrap of a terrace.
