The Millfarm Cottage is a dog friendly self-catering in the Derbyshire village of Barlow, on the edge of the Peak District national park and close to the South Yorkshire border.
A farm stay provides a relaxing alternative to the expensive hotels in Sheffield and Chesterfield and the surrounding Peak District towns and villages.
Mill Farm provides a superb base for both holiday breaks, fishing holidays and business visits. The site, on the B6051, is in 50 acres of conservation pastures, lakes and woodland teeming with fish, birds and wildlife. The village lies four miles from Chesterfield and around ten miles from the centre of Sheffield.

Millfarm Cottages Accommodation
All five holiday cottages at Mill Farm are fully equipped to a very high standard with all the usual necessities such as bed linen, colour televisions, cutlery.
Cots, folding beds and high chairs are available on request. (Sorry, towels and cot linen are not provided). The farm cottages are heated by gas.

Kingfisher cottage and The Nook: Each comprise of lounge/dining kitchen with bed setee, bathroom and shower.
Twin/double bedroom, television. Kingfisher cottage and The Nook sleeps 2/3. The Nook is all on one level.

Cherry Tree Cottage: The cottage comprises of a lounge/dining kitchen. There is a bathroom and shower, double bedroom and family unit. Colour T.V. Sleeps 5.
The family unit is comprised of a single bed plus two bunk beds.

The Coach House: The house comprises of lounge/dining kitchen. There is a bathroom and shower, double bedroom. Colour television.

Woodview Cottage: The cottage comprises of lounge/dining kitchen with bed settee. Shower room with double bedroom with four poster bed and twin bedroom.
Colour television. There is a full gas central heating. Sleeps 4/5

Campsite: Mill Farm camping and caravan site offers excellent facilities for both caravans and tents. Flushing toilets and bathing facilities are of the highest standard in our new log cabin toilet block.
Hard standing ensures relatively mud free conditions even after exceptional periods of inclement weather. The site is certified by the Camping and Caravanning Club.
