The Old Coffee House is situated very close to Ashburton town centre and next to the beautiful St Andrew's parish church.
Our rooms overlook the very pleasant grounds of the church and the historic houses of West Street. We are also within walking distance of the Ashburton Cookery School and we are a short distance from Lavender House, the River Dart Country Park and The South Devon Railway.
As well as various antique shops, eateries and pubs, Ashburton also has its very own museum and is a delight to visit whilst in the town.
Ashburton, an ancient Stannary town situated within the Dartmoor National Park and just off the A38, is an ideal location from which to explore the moors and is equidistant from Exeter and Plymouth.

Our Double Room is light and airy and benefits from being East/West facing. The window behind the bed faces East enabling you to benefit from the light and sun in the morning and the window opposite obviously faces West so you can take advantage of the afternoon sun.

Our Single Room is light and airy and benefits from being East/West facing. The window behind the bed faces East, thus benefiting from the light and sun in the morning, whilst the window opposite obviously faces West, benefitting from the light and sun in the afternoon/evening.

Our Twin Room has a light airy feel as it has a double aspect, the window to the left of the beds faces North and the window opposite the beds faces West, thus benefitting from the afternoon/evening light and sun.
