Ocean house was built around 1860 and we are pretty certain it was previously used as a guesthouse as some of the doors were numbered.
At some stage the house was divided into two properties and since buying one part in 1977 we were determined to purchase the other half and restore it to its original whole.
Now this has been achieved and once again we are able to welcome guests to this interesting Victorian seaside house throughout the year.

Ocean House Accommodation
The house is beautifully and simply decorated with period furniture, an old rocking horse, Turkish rugs and open fireplace in the dining room.
Two of the bedrooms - one double and one double/twin - are on the first floor with bay windows overhanging the beach, and views up and down Crag Path.
On the second floor there is a third double room adjoining its own sitting room with baby grand piano and panoramic views. All three rooms have en-suite bath/shower rooms, colour TVs and tea/coffee trays.
