St. Lawrence Motel Features and Amenities: • This year's Cavendish Beach Concert will be held July 6th - 8th 2012 and we require a three night minimum stay. • New for 2011: All units now have Electric Ranges. There is Air Conditioning in 1, 7A, 8 and 15 all the rest have fans. • National Park is now free to enter for everyone until next season. • The WATER at our motel is safe to drink. It gets tested every year. We have our own private well. It's better than any bottled water that you buy at the store. It's fresh, clear, cold and saves you money.

• One, two and three bedroom suites. Very clean and comfortable with fully equipped kitchens. Family oriented with the "personal touch".

• Renovations and new furnishings.

• Exceptional natural scenery just a short walk or drive. New for 2011 there is a new walking and biking trail that's 8.5 KM along Gulf Shore Park Way West. IT ALSO RUNS ALONG OUR DRIVEWAY!

• Modern playground equipment includes two swings with slides, tether ball, basketball, volleyball, and soccer. A chipping range gives adults and supervised children an opportunity to practice their golfing skills. There are also horseshoes and croquet as well as a recreation room with ping pong. We also added a new Fire Pit. And in ground heated salt water SWIMMING POOL (18x36) was added summer of 2008.

• Our motel is centrally located about 8 km from Cavendish (Green Gables, Golf Courses, Crafts, National Park Activities and other attractions), about 30 minutes from Charlottetown and the Confederation Centre of the Arts, about 45 minutes from Summerside; day trips can be taken to either end of the Island.

• Our motel location is safe for walking, jogging and biking and ideal for bird watching.

• 1 km to picturesque North Rustico Harbour and 2 km promenade (boardwalk for all ages).

• 1 km to 5 restaurants, lobster suppers, grocery stores, liquor store, garage, Credit Union and bank machine, beauty salon and post office.

• Arrangements can be made for deep-sea fishing, kayaking, golf and trout fishing as well as moonlight excursions. For those without a car, we will arrange transportation from the bus depot or the airport.

Housekeeping Suites
A deck runs along the front of the motel with a covered roof which enables you to barbecue in the rain. There are picnic tables and gas barbecues. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the deck. All rates include a family PEI National Park Pass while you are our guests.

Each room has a colour cable tv with remote. New for 2011 All units have electric ranges.

Suite #1 (Type A)
2 bedroom housekeeping (Air Conditioning). New double bed in each bedroom with pillow-top covering. New acrylic bath and shower. There is a large livingroom with (new hideabed0, table and chairs and laminate flooring.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffeemaker with permanent filter, toaster, dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Closest to the office. Window in kitchen.

Suite #2 (Type A)
2 bedroom housekeeping. New double bed in each bedroom with pillow-top covering. Shower only. There is a large livingroom with hideabed, table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with full refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffeemaker with permanent filter, toaster, dishes, pots and pans and utensils.

Suite #3 (Type A)
2 bedroom housekeeping. New double bed in one bedroom with pillow-top covering and two single beds in the other bedroom. New acrylic bath and shower. There is a large livingroom with hideabed, table and chairs and laminate flooring.

3 bedroom housekeeping (Air Conditioning)
New double beds in two bedrooms with pillow-top covering and new queen-sized bed in third bedroom. New acrylic bath and shower in main area plus shower with seat included in second bathroom. Two TV's with colour cable TV with remote controls, DVD player, and a VCR..

There is a large livingroom with hideabed, table and chairs and laminate flooring throughout.The kitchen is fully equipped with full refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffeemaker with permanent filter, toaster, dishes, pots and pans and utensils.

Amenities Indoors:
Kitchens - refrigerator, propane or electric range, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes, pots and pans and utensils, dish towels, dishcloths and dishwashing detergent. Large pots and utensils available for cooking lobsters.

Bed and Bath - All bedding, bath towels and facecloths. Towels can be changed daily when needed but are not for pool use.

Livingrooms - Hideabeds in all livingrooms made up when requested. Cable Television with remote control. VCRs and DVD players are available. DVD players cannot be used with some televisions. Large selection of videos and dvds. Magazines and books for guest use (in room and in clubhouse)

Laundry facilities - Washer and dryer available from 4p.m. until 9:30 p.m. Irons and ironing board for guest use.

Air conditioning - newly added to 7A and 8. Fans available when requested.

Wireless Internet - onsite for those with laptops with adaptors.

Public Phone - and pingpong in clubhouse behind office building.

Pet Policy
- Small dogs are allowed in some units with permission from owner.
- Pets must be on leash outdoors and cleaned up after.
- Pets cannot be left in room unattended unless crated.

Smoking Policy
- All rooms are non-smoking.
- Smoking is permitted outdoors with outdoor-ashtrays provided.
- Charges will apply for anyone who does not abide by this policy.
