Welcome! The Sandbar Cottage is located on the banks of the beautiful Montague River, which is one of three heritage river in the area. Montague is in eastern Prince Edward Island. June's Sandbar Cottage Accommodation This two bedroom cottage is a perfect spot to enjoy your PEI vacation. It is very centraly located but yet in rural PEI. This incredible view is what you will see as you relax in or outside the cottage. Imagine relaxing on the deck or waters edge in the lawn chairs or swinging in the hammock gazing out at this magnificent view of the Montague River.

The Montague River is part of the three rivers heritage river system. They are called the Cardigan, Brudenell and the Montague Rivers, which flow into the Georgetown Harbour. As you relax on the deck or exploring the island you will be treated to magnificent views of birds soaring, boaters cruising the rivers, fields of lupins, picturesque vista and the over all peace and quiet of island life...

The Sandbar Cottage is located on the Montague River, which is part of the Points East Coastal Drive. We are only 10 minutes to the town of Montague, which has all amenities for your convenience.The cottage is 40 minutes from the Northumberland Ferry and 2 hours from the Confederation Bridge.
