Come relax and enjoy... Spend your summer vacation on one of the Island's most beautiful Peninsulas... Spry Point has it all! Our Chalet and Restored Homestead are located adjacent to Sally's Beach Day Park and the Inn at Spry Point. We offer swimming, sunbathing, hiking, kayaking, canoeing or just exploring our lovely countryside. We are less than a half hour drive to 3 of PEI's major golf courses... beautiful Brudenell, demanding Dundarave and challenging Crowbush. We are an hour from The Confederation Centre of the Arts home of the play "Anne of Green Gables".

Spry Point Cottage Accommodation

The Chalet:
The Chalet is situated on an acre lot with water to the east and west. The loft area has a queen-size bed and opens onto a second floor balcony facing the East where a spectacular sun (and moon) rises out of the water for your enjoyment.

The ground floor has a second bedroom with its own private entrance, queen bed, private shower and a stacking washing machine and dryer. On the ground floor there is also a full bath with whirlpool tub and sauna, modern kitchen, dining and living area with cathedral ceiling.

Extras include a fireplace, TV/DVD, propane barbeque, radio/cd player, pull out chesterfield, wireless high speed internet and a clothesline outside... The living area opens onto a ground floor deck through double patio doors to the west. Towels and bedding are supplied.

The rental is per week and there is no smoking allowed in the cottage.

The HomeStead:
Let the beauty of the Island and the Sea surround you in this beautiful 160 year old Homestead. This property has been carefully and lovingly restored to protect its antiquity while offering all the amenities of the 21st Century.

Upstairs you will enjoy a spectacular water view from every window in each of the three (3) bedrooms; a twin, a double and the master. The spacious master bedroom features a relaxing double whirlpool tub and a glass door leading to an outdoor balcony. Enjoy a cool drink while you star gaze in the evening, or relax with your morning coffee.

On the main floor there is a well appointed kitchen/dining area and an L-shaped living room which boasts a propane fireplace for those cool summer evenings. Double patio doors lead to a large waterfront deck which is equipped with a propane barbeque and patio furniture for outdoor dining, or to simply relax and soak up the sun.

Extras include a laundry room, dishwasher and an entertainment unit, which includes satellite T.V. Top quality dishes, towels and linens further add to your comfort and relaxation.

The Homestead sleeps 6 and rents per weekly, with off season rates available before June 15th and after September 15th.

Scenic Views:
From either unit, you can enjoy the views of the ocean from the east or west side of the peninsula. To the East, a short walk to a sandy beach and water as far as the eye can see. To the West, a quiet bay where you will see the local fishing boats enter and leave Annandale harbor, where equally spectacular sunsets may be enjoyed.

Clams may be found in this area with the right tide and a canoe or kayak can be available for a calm evening paddle.
