Between Two Waters Summer Home is located between the twin saltwater lakes, North Lake and South Lake.

This is a truly magnificent part of Prince Edward Island only a few miles from the easternmost tip at East Point and 15 minutes from what many consider the finest beaches on the Island at Basin Head and Red Point. These spectacular beaches are known as the "singing sands" the golden sand sings beneath your feet.

It is a phenomena that scientists don't completely understand however similar beaches have also been found in the North of Wales and on the tiny Island of Eigg in the Scottish Hebrides.

East Point hotels

This singing sand is only found where the quartz sand is very well rounded. Only a few miles up the road is East Point Lighthouse, from which you can see where the tides from the Gulf of St Lawrence the Northumberland Strait and the Atlantic Ocean meet.
