Berry Patch Cottage Accommodation

The Berry Patch Cottage is a charming cottage for a romantic retreat for two or a family getaway "A delightful home away from home".

A charming three room cottage with complete kitchen. Ideal for a couple or small family with the following features:

. Picturesque country views - Front and (fenced) back decks
. Fully equipped kitchen with oak dining table
. Breakfast & snack items, including homemade berry jam

In the evening, you may watch the moonrise from your bedroom, or the sunset from your back deck.You’ll awake to morning light filtering through the leaves of the giant black walnut east of the bedroom’s picture window, and perhaps see hummingbirds already sipping from the flowers of the fuchsia just outside.

With the guidebooks, maps, and binoculars provided, you’ll be ready for a day exploring all the beautiful National Seashore area has to offer.

The Hideaway Accommodation

French doors lead to a spacious private patio. Ideal for couples. Elegant simplicity . . . . Quiet and private with the following features:

. A galley kitchen with small refrigerator, coffeemaker, sink and microwave, fruit, teas and coffee, and dinnerware.
. Comfortable seating. Bedside radio and books to read.
. Guidebooks, tide table, binoculars, Cable TV, DVD, CD, Wi-fi
. Guests may also use the Weber grill, and are welcome to pick plums, apples, berries, and vegetables from the organic garden.

Waking in the morning, all you’ll see from bed is greenery and blue sky. At night, nestled in your comfortable queen bed, you’ll fall asleep to the sound of gentle breezes and perhaps an owl hooting. Entrance to the intimate Hideaway is through an enclosed patio where you can lounge in sun or dappled shade, enjoying the sound of the fountain. A French door leads to the light and airy Hideaway, at once peaceful and sumptuous.

Well-behaved pets are welcome in both accommodations.
