Welcome to MARCO POLO INN Bed and Breakfast, located in famous Cavendish and at MARCO POLO LAND, a camping and trailering resort, originally a 100-acre farm. Built around 1925, it was the farm home of Austin Laird. Marco Polo Inn Accommodation Our Inn has six guest rooms, each with private bath. The rooms, with antique furnishings, each have a telephone, television, radio, and hairdryers. A full breakfast is included . There are two balconies in which you can relax and enjoy the scenery. These actually overlook the famous Green Gables Golf Course.

Guests of the Inn have access to all of Marco Polo Land’s facilities and activities. These include two heated swimming pools, and a kiddie pool, a recreation centre for both children and adults with a daily recreation program and newly equipped playgrounds and jumping pillow. Our resort area offers supervised activities such as crafts, watersplash, ball games, soccer, scavenger hunts, night orienteering, swimming and more. Keeping with many of our visitors’ favorite vacation traditions, we continue to offer hay rides, nights of songs around a warm campfire, or a refreshing swim in our pool during a hot summer day.

Our Special Events will be a sure hit with the family, while our Activity Centre is the host of themed weeks, movies, fun games and activities like bingo,soccer, hockey, baseball,scavenger hunts from 6.30 pm till around 10 pm.

Directions
Once you arrive in Prince Edward Island please use the following directions to find Marco Polo Land.
From the Confederation Bridge take route 1 towards Charlottetown (east). After about 20 minutes you will arrive in Crapaud; turn left onto route 13 (north). Route 13 will take you all the way to Cavendish. We are almost at the end of route 13. When heading into Cavendish you can not miss us, we are on the right side.

If you’ve arrived by ferry take Route 1 towards Charlottetown (west). Once in Charlottetown take Route 2 towards Hunter River (west). At Hunter River turn right onto Route 13 (north). Route 13 will take you all the way to Cavendish. We are almost at the end of Route 13. When heading into Cavendish you can not miss us, we are on the right side.
