This private waterfront cottage is located approximately fifteen minutes from Charlottetown, the provincial capital where you can head over for an evening out at one of the live theatre shows, restaurants, driving park, casino and shopping.

A short drive will bring you to Cavendish Beach for a walk on the boardwalk; visit the famous Anne of Green Gables house, or take in some Island golfing. Within two minutes brings you to the Brackley Beach National Park. Lobster Suppers and various other theme parks are all within fifteen minutes.

This private waterfront cottage comes complete with 3 Large Bedrooms - 2 Queen, 1 Double, a complete kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, utensils, toaster, cutlery, dishes, cookware and all that you need!

The four piece bathroom is spacious and filled with freshly cleaned towels and supplies. The large bedrooms all have clean linen with beautiful handmade quilts, large windows, lamps and a separate patio door in one of the queen rooms with a view of the water. Extra linens, pillows, towels etc. are all at your disposal.

This charming cottage has ceiling fans, TV, VCR, DVD, living room and dining room with a propane fireplace for comfort and warmth in the evenings.

For outdoor enjoyment there is a large private groomed lawn facing the bay as your privately surrounded by trees; on the deck you have access to a screened in porch, ample lawn furniture, picnic table, fire pit, filled propane barbeque and a 180 degree view of the water.

Overlooking the sand dunes of Brackley National Park, this beautiful cedar cottage has a terrific view of Brackley Bay. The private beach is shallow and great for youngsters, kayaking, walking and sight seeing. Cavendish Beach, an excellent swimming beach, and beach glass treasures is minutes away.
