Opened by two French families, Kabiki is a family friendly hotel ideally located in the heart of Phnom Penh, between the Royal Palace and the Independence Monument. Situated on a quiet street, our hotel offers 18 tastefully decorated rooms, eight with a private terrace. In a beautiful 3500m2 garden setting, surrounded by 500 trees we planted ourselves to add a natural and exotic feel to the premises, we have two swimming pools (one large pool and a shallow baby-pool), comfortable day beds and lounge chairs spread around the garden and a restaurant serving a mix of Khmer and international dishes. Whether it’s an afternoon of sunbathing or refreshment after a day of sightseeing, our peaceful environment provides for a welcoming escape from the bustling streets of the city.

Kabiki especially caters to families with children of all ages. Our spacious garden with hundreds of trees and plants is a great place to play and explore and as the hotel is safely fenced off from the street with a 24-hour security guard at the gate, the children can run around freely.Our facilities include two swimming pools the whole family can enjoy. The large pool is perfect for relaxation and a refreshing swim while the shallow baby-pool is a safe splashing spot for the little ones. We also offer various kids centred activities to keep your children busy during your stay.
