The lush, leafy frontage of the Frangipani Villa-60’s boutique hotel conceals a carefully restored 1960’s villa of special character that gives guests an insight into the architecture of a period when Phnom Penh was known as the honeymoon capital of Asia.

The hotel was restored by a team led by a Cambodian architect and a landscape designer and has 7 rooms, providing single, double, twin and suite accommodation.

Guests can enjoy food and drinks throughout the day at the terrace café on the ground floor or relax in the comfortable outdoor seating surrounded by plants in the hotel’s garden. The Frangipani Villa-60’s hotel is centrally located providing ready access to all the popular sites in Phnom Penh as is just a few minutes walk from a good selection of restaurants, an international supermarket and ATM facilities.

The hotel has been designed to ensure that all our rooms are naturally light and airy and each room is furnished with locally made custom furniture in keeping with the architectural style of the hotel.

All rooms are air-conditioned, and have ensuite bathrooms, most with a full sized bath; hot water is via solar water heating. Every hotel room has a writing desk area and free internet access is via wifi and cable connection. Check in is at 2pm, although you are welcome to check in earlier if your room is available.Check out is at 12pm, although we accommodate late-check out whenever possible.

Our suites provide spacious, well lit comfortable bedrooms that include a kingsized bed, a writing desk and comfortable seating. Each suite has a well appointed, modern bathroom including a full sized bath.

Our three suite studios provide a luxurious amount of space in which to relax after a day of site seeing or work. All suites come with a spacious bedroom and separate lounge area. Each of our suite studios has it's own distinctive features, between them including a spacious private balcony with outdoor seating , separate dining and lounge areas, or open plan kitchen with lounge-dining area.
