The Cove Beach Bungalow Resort is located to the west of picturesque Serendipity Beach adjacent to Ochheuteal Beach.

We are one of the few bungalow resorts where you can actually stay on Serendipity Cove. Our Bungalows are set in lush tropical hillside gardens, only a stone’s throw from the ocean and boasting breathtaking views of the nearby islands Koh Ta Kiev, Koh Chu Lu and Koh Tres. We offer perhaps the most idyllic accommodation setting for your beach holiday in Sihanoukville.

Our Huge beach bar serves a great selection of cocktails, beers as well as tea’s and coffee. Our Restaurant serves a variety of simple Western and Khmer Cuisine. We have Wifi in the bar ideal for those needing to keep in touch and also catching up with work and projects. Our customers do seem to grasp the pioneer spirit of Cambodia. Sihanoukville is interesting and the staff are only too happy to help with any questions / queries you may have whilst staying at our resort.

We have a number of accommodation styles on offer, from spacious traditional Khmer Style Wooden Bungalows, 1,2&3 bed AC rooms and two 3 bedroom Apartments as well as our new Dormitory options suitable for up to 8 persons.

Traditional Khmer Style Bungalows / Fan

All Bungalows are set amidst lush tropical gardens. They all have large balconies.

All Traditional Khmer Bungalows are furnished with chill out chairs and a hammock to enjoy the spectacular ocean views the Bungalows all share, even better with a cool sea breeze. All bungalows are equipped with big fans, hot & cold water shower, mosquito net/s and safe box. All bungalows differ by their sizes.

Standard Bungalow
A nice double-bed room for one or two persons.

Superior Bungalow
A spacious room with queen size bed for one or two persons.

Deluxe Bungalow
A large room with two double beds (up to 4 persons).

AC Rooms
Our AC rooms all have wooden balconies located on hillside. They do boast magnificent sea views, at least one King size-bed, Air Conditioning, hot & cold water shower, Cable TV & safe box. We also have one 2 & 3 bed AC room suitable for up to 4 & 6 persons.

Shared Rooms
Shared Rooms have all the amenities of our new Superior AC rooms without AC in the room. All shared rooms have large brand new fans, double bed, safe box & all furniture required to make your ‘Shared’ stay comfortable. The Shared Rooms have a communal lounge with cable TV. They also have two lockable shared bathrooms. The Shared rooms are very quiet and also share a very large outside Balcony with magnificent elevated views as located on hillside of Serendipity Beach & Ochheuteal Beach.

AC Apartments

Both our Apartments are spacious & share a very large balcony which offers exceptional views of both Serendipity and Ochheuteal Beaches located on hillside (brilliant for photographs)!

Apartment 200 has 3 private bedrooms, 2 toilets and one with a hot shower also. The apartment also comes with table and 3 chairs as well as cable TV. 200 does not have sea views however is very quiet and airy.

Apartment 201 is a larger apartment boasting 3 bedrooms, there is a bed studio style off the lounge, a big private bathroom. One bedroom has 2 double beds and another bedroom just has one. Both the apartments are now AC. Apartments have safe chests, hot & cold shower, cable TV and as with all our other rooms are cleaned daily. Both are Suitable for small groups or families.
