Owned by three well-travelled guys from Australia and Ireland, Arcadia was dreamt up while chatting around a bonfire enjoying a few beers in South America. In subsequent conversations the owners continued to travel and plot spanning an impressive selection of locations around the world, however it wasn’t until they all met in Kampot. We’ve got: Huge Bar, Volleyball, Tubing, Boats, Huge Rope Swing, Jumping platform from the bar, Ping Pong, Darts, Great Food and Hammocks. |
The Binge Barn Close to the bar! Perfect for people who suffer from FOMO (Fear of Missing Out), this is the place for those who want to party and party hard. If you value quiet at night for sleeping this probably isn’t for you. All ten spacious bamboo bunk beds all have a great view of the river, come with a secure locker, have a shared bathroom and easy access to all the fun and games around the Clubhouse. |

The Squawkers Stables Located the other end of the beach from the Clubhouse. Twelve spacious bamboo bunk beds right on the river. There is a relaxing balcony overlooking the river and plans already afoot for another rope swing straight off the balcony. There is a shared bathroom just outside with 2 showers and toilets. A secure locker for each bed is provided. |

Leprechaun Lair Downstairs at the front of the Clubhouse, this room has one of the best views in the whole place. The room has two single beds and shares a bathroom with the Hobbit House. |

Hobbit House Downstairs in the Clubhouse with nice views from the windows showing the river and the volleyball court. It has a double and a single bed and shares a bathroom with the Leprechaun Lair. |

Utopia and Nirvana Bungalows Our two most serene bungalows Utopia and Nirvana are our most relaxing riverside accommodation with a double and single bed in each. They also have en-suite bathrooms with hot water, and their own balconies with hammocks from which to really appreciate the best sunrise in Kampot. They have recently benefited from some beautiful artwork so those who stay here will find it hard to leave the room! These rooms benefit from in house room service. Your wish is our command. |

This room is far enough away from the bar so you can choose to cause mayhem in the bar or take it down a notch for an early night. Shared bathroom facilities with the two other penthouse room neighbors. |
