Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp is set in a private concession to the southeast of the Moremi Wildlife Reserve in the centre of one of the the Okavango Delta. Renowned for its lush waterways and abundant wildlife, the Okavango is home to a number of aquatic and land species.

Nine classic safari tents on raised wooden platforms each have an ensuite bathroom and private game viewing deck. Nxabega has a beautiful swimming pool set on an expansive deck and dinners are enjoyed Alfresco or by the fireside. Nxabega is an intimate camp for a maximum of 18 guests.

Start the day at Nxabega Okavango Safari Camp by following experienced guides as they lead you on interpretive game drives, walks and boat trips on the delta channels- nothing beats being poled through the waters in a traditional mokoro canoe!

Explore the Okavango Delta, home to large herds of elephant, waterbuck, warthog, kudu, buffalo and their feline predators at Nxabega Okavango Safari Camp.

For bird watchers and anglers, Nxabega prides itself in being a superb area for birding and keen fishermen. A small powerboat is available for fishing expeditions.

In between all the activity there will be time to relax and spend quality time enjoying the simplicity of this Afro-chic safari lodge.

Where is the Nxabega Okavanfo Tented Camp?
Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp is easily reached with scheduled flights to Maun or Kasane on Air Botswana. Upon arrival at either of these destinations, a short flight by light aircraft to the Nxabega Okavango Safari Camp airstrip then sees you closer to your magical destination. A welcoming party of representatives eagerly await your arrival with an open safari vehicle, ready to take you on a short 15–minute transfer to the camp.
