The life style at Sedia Riverside Hotel can be al fresco, with breakfast taken in the garden, while lunch and dinner may be enjoyed under mulberry trees on the poolside deck or inside the restaurant. But where to eat and drink is a matter of mood and appetite, coolly casual or a bit smarter perhaps with light Euro - African cuisine, ideally suited to the climate, either from the buffet or a la carte................... taken in the garden, on the pool deck or in the candle-lit air conditioned restaurant, embraced by the moody African decor.

The executive chefs and their team are always prepared to tempt you to an array of gourmet delights.

Camping - Close to nature
Drive in, cycle in, walk in ...however you come here ...just pitch your tent and feel at home.
Our huge and spacious campground is a much appreciated ''home'' for many individual travellers visiting the area as well as overland adventure companies. Choose a spot towards the river, watching the sun come up. Alternatively, pick a place under or between some of the trees - there's plenty around.

Big vehicles are no problem. Park under one of the big trees at the river and keep your vehicle in the shade all day long!
If you are unequipped, we have a special offer. Stay in one of our pre-erected tents. They have two beds, chairs and a table, power (!), and even a small covered veranda!

Naturally we have a very clean ablution block, plus laundry basins, volleyball court, and a large swimming pool!

Some ideas of what to do at Sedia Hotel
AFRO TREK
offers Day Trip game drives in open 4x4 safari vehicles to the Moremi Game Reserve, situated on the North Eastern corner of the Okavango Delta.

Moremi Game Reserve is a pure wilderness area and one of Africa’s most scenic game reserves with rich, green vegetation, palm trees, teeming with birdlife and a vast population of wild animals.

The area has many different habitats including flood plans, reedbeds and permanent wetland, mopane forest, dry savannah woodland and acacia woodland. The lagoons and channels are part of the Okavango Delta System. Moremi is famous for its beauty and diversity of wildlife which includes herds of elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, many species of antelopes and , of course, the big cats.

Enjoy a picnic lunch under an immense leadwood tree on the edge of a flood plain and reflect on nature and some of her players. We depart from Sedia Riverside Hotel very early in the morning, and return late in the evening.
