Sunbeam Hotel is a wholly owned citizen resort enterprise. It is located in Mogoditshane, about seven kilometers from Gaborone; the capital city of Botswana.

It was opened in 2004 after substantial research and international benchmarking, masterminded by Mr. and Mrs. Kgosiemang. The period 2004 to 2008 witnessed the company’s tremendous transformation physically and administratively, from a commercial guest house to the current luxurious “Tower Viewer,” manifested in a three story building with an upstairs bar and balcony. It houses 23 full fledged state of the art rooms.

Furthermore, the hotel has a spacious reception room, snag restaurant, terrace balcony, three offices, a kitchen, storage facilities and closet. In line with the tourism industry’s calculus, Sunbeam provides different types of tents and marques for different customer demands. Individual rooms have television sets, wireless broad bands, Electronic locked doors, Electronic cash safes, telephones, air conditions, mini bars, coffee tables, Individual sanitary bathrooms and refreshment trays.

Sunbeam Hotel boosts of an authentic design and brand personality that greets the clientele upon arrival. Currently the hotel employs 25 qualified and self motivated staff. It offers 24 hour quality service. Sunbeam has over the years positioned itself as a proxy of the tourist’s dreamt nest as evidenced by the overwhelming feedback we continue to receive from our varied clientele. My dear clientele and valued stakeholders; the hotel industry is by its nature and functionality a people centered quality service provider akin to the tourism resort entrepreneurial dynamics. Therefore in tandem with the aforementioned principle, Sunbeam provides multifunctional conference facilities, comfortable and safe accommodation, delicious but varied food menu, entertainment, business platforms, academic endeavors, cultural dynamics and research facilities.

Contrary to conservative business acumen, Sunbeam does not celebrate the magnitude of the business and the subsequent profit accrued, but the traced and vivid satisfaction of our customers. At Sunbeam customer focus comes first and profit last.
