'Arrive as guests leave as friends' Living Guest House is a private, family-run Bed and Breakfast with en-suite bedrooms. Located in an excellent position on the ouskirts of Gaborone, an ideal base for those wanting to explore this famous and historic city. In fact there is so much to see and do that you will want to spend a few days, or even a week, in our cosy guest house. The Guest house is open all year round; with a relaxed atmosphere where the staff will endeavour to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, a flat screen colour television, tea and coffee making facilities etc. Our comfortable garden is the perfect place to relax with a book, a cup of coffee or to catch up with your emails. Breakfast is served in our contemporary dining room.

We have a non-smoking policy in all our rooms, but guests can smoke in open areas such as the courtyard.

We will endeavour to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere for your stay whether extended or just passing through Gaborone.

Breakfast with a Choice
Our dining room offers guests a warm, relaxing and comfortable space to enjoy breakfast between 7.00am to 10.00am daily and on weekends 08.00 to 11.00am.

Guests have a choice of cereals, yoghurt and fruit or an English breakfast. Juice, coffee, tea, toast with various jams etc, available with every breakfast.

You can choose from a full English breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, beans and tomatoes on toast) or if you prefer a lighter start to the day then we offer a selection of yoghurt, fruit and breakfast cereals, cheese on toast, omelette, boiled eggs, hot croissants and toast along with a wide choice of fruit.

Living Guesthouse Dining room is the ideal place for guests and non-residents to relax in comfort whether for a romantic meal for two, meeting up with friends and business colleagues or to celebrate that special occasion. Parking is available.

The restaurant can comfortably seat 12 people and will be able to accommodate private events and parties.

Where is the Living Guesthouse?
Living Guesthouse is situated in Mogoditshane which is on the western side of Gaborone. On the Molepolole road from Grand Palm you go straight, facing west until in Mogoditshane at the traffic lights (where it used to be a circle) you will go to your right (into the road that comes from Gabane and Big Five going to Pula Spar and BTV circle) then it’s your second turn to the left (dust road) and it will make a y then you keep to the right and Living Guesthouse will be in front.

We have 6 comfortably furnished rooms in our building. Choose from single, double and family rooms. All our bedrooms have en-suite facilities, colour LCD Freeview television, small table and chair, tea and coffee facilities, wake up alarm/radio.The bedrooms in are Wifi accessible.

If you require any laundry to be done whilst you are staying with us then please do not hesitate to ask at reception where we can arrange for this to be done for you at a small charge. Additional or clean towels are also provided on request.
