Our guides at &Beyond Savute impart an incomparable wealth of knowledge, personally researched and experienced, about local habitats, ecology, birds, trees, plants, small animals and insects. Many of our guides and trackers belong to the surrounding communities and can share cultural information with our guests.

The semi-mobile tented camps of &Beyond Savute Under Canvas are carefully positioned at exclusive wilderness campsites in the expansive Savute corner of Chobe National Park, offering exceptional game viewing opportunities.

Booked on a nightly basis, each of the five comfortable tents has a double bed, as well as an ensuite bathroom, separate w.c and steaming hot bucket shower, with water delivered on request. The guest areas comprise comfortable tents for dining, meeting for a pre-dinner drink or just whiling the time away between game drives. Welcoming camp staff serve delicious meals cooked over the glowing coals.

In the Wilderness
Remote campsites in the pristine game reserve form a setting for five ensuite safari tents, combining the natural beauty of the breathtaking setting with comfort and personalised service. Night time noises filter through canvas walls, exposing guests to the mystique and mystery of Africa after nightfall.

Days of Discovery
Green shadows on the walls of your tent, faint birdsong filtering through the trees and the sweet fragrance of morning dew on bush vegetation welcome each new day. Steaming hot water in your ensuite bathroom’s bucket shower refreshes and revitalises for the day ahead. Shady veranda areas offer a vantage point to enjoy the smaller details of riverside life. Crispy linens and a spacious double bed welcome weary bodies after a long day of discovery.
