Wonderful Hotel

Situated near Letsatsi Casino, Cresta Botsalo is a wonderful hotel, the experience and the staff is unbelievable polite and useful. Breakfast was interesting and the buffet indigenous. It is very safe and the security is polite.

No Professionalism!!

This hotel offers all that a 3 star Hotel ought to. The only thing the hotel lacks is professionalism. The staff is not giving correct room rates, i asked 2 people and both game me a different rate. The mornings were unpleasant as breakfast starts at 7 and when i arrived at 7:30 the coffee wasn't ready yet, the tables weren't set. Poor service.
