Very poor service

I went to this lodge as part of my tour that I was on in Botswana, we arrived late at night and I was so tired. On our way there we interpreted a lion and some wild dogs. There was an unusual matter of an enormous amount of dead black beetles in the surrounding area of the lodge. The bathroom was impressive, they even had soap and shampoo, the rooms were a bit crowded and small. There was also a large number of mosquitoes so opening the windows was not an option.
