Auvergne Apartments

Spacious modern 2 bedroom apartments available for lease are situated behind Werndee. They have either a balcony with city and water views or a small enclosed patio. All units have separate toilets and the bathrooms have both baths and separate showers.

Full laundry and kitchen facilities, comfy beds and lounges make these ideal for one month or one year stays. Perfect for business trips as we are conveniently located for both Hobart city and Northern suburbs.

Caretakers Cottage

Our Retro cottage built in the 1960s for the caretaker of Werndee . North facing, with views of the distant hills, it is warm and sunny all year round. The backyard has been recently landscaped, is fully fenced, making this a dog-friendly cottage. Your cat friend is also welcome.

The cottage has a spacious open plan living, dining area with fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry. There is a separate bedroom with queen bed and built-in robes plus a comfy single bed tucked away in a corner of the living room. The fully renovated bathroom combines toilet, separate shower and bath.

Breakfast provisions for your first morning are supplied, including home-made jams and fruit fresh from the garden.

Wren Cottage

WREN cottage is a delightful 100 year old baltic-lined cottage. It is wheelchair friendly with level access, wide doorways and a new specialised bathroom with open shower and appropriate railing for shower and toilet. The luxury latex king bed divides into twin beds if required.

Reverse cycle air conditioning allows for cooling and heating as needed.

Breakfast provisions for your first morning are supplied, including home-made jams and fruit fresh from the garden.

There is a small kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave and electric pans. Double blackwood doors lead into a sunny, enclosed atrium perfect for relaxing in at the end of a hard day’s sightseeing.

Pets are allowed to stay in Wren cottage. Please advise size and type of pet for consideration when making a booking.
